Kasimir, another Soldier Side character, he will appear in next comic (I draw a strip about Evgeny's past now)
He studied in Institute of Polygraphy in early 30-s, failed as an artist and become a counterfeiter.
Little scar - when he was 8 he slipped on a wet floor.
And he always use strong language.

anyway, he is one of main characters 8/ And I don't know why I upload this sketch, I just like it without reason O__o

He might be my favorite character!
How do you feel about fan art? :D

(What happened? Sorry if there's a double post!)

What sort of pencil or brand do you use?
The only 8B I know of is Staedtler's. I have such problems keeping the point and the leads always breaks off while sharpening, it's really frustrating. I can never get a smooth dark black.

Any how, beautiful render. I love the attention to the background.

The only 8B I know of is Staedtler's, but I have such a hard time getting such a black, the point always goes too quickly! Maybe the smooth Moleskine paper makes a difference there? I guess I ought to try one...

Great work, you've got such a photographic tone quality. Any prospects for putting your work in print?
